01 / The approach

Research with a point.

For SaaS founders, product marketers and commercial teams who need a clearer view of their competitive landscape.

◎

Watch what matters

Agree on your competitors and priorities: pricing, packaging, product announcements or positioning. Keep the research relevant to your decisions.

≋

Separate signal from assumption

Every finding connects to a source. Observations, interpretations and unknowns stay distinct, so you can see what the evidence actually supports.

↗

Turn findings into next steps

Get recommendations you can discuss with your team, from a sharper sales explanation to a question worth testing with buyers.

02 / Inside the report

From observation
to a useful question.

A sample of the format—not a client engagement. This baseline example shows how we connect documented product rules to a practical commercial recommendation.

Each report includes a concise summary, source-linked findings, implications and suggested next steps.

Billing units shape the
buyer conversation.

DOCUMENTED OBSERVATION · REVIEWED 16 OCT 2026

Crisp’s Hugo documentation describes token-based credits rather than a fixed charge per message. Testing activity can also consume credits.

Recommendation — interpretation
Explain what drives credit consumption before discussing budget. Ask which support scenarios and testing activities the buyer wants to evaluate.

Based on the supplied research reviewed on 16 October 2026. Documentation was not independently tested in a product account. This is not evidence of a historical change, lower costs or proven savings.

03 / How it works

A simple weekly rhythm.

A defined scope, an agreed delivery day and research you can trace back to its sources.

01 — SET THE FOCUS

Choose your landscape

Agree on up to five competitors, your priorities, the report recipient and delivery dates.

02 — ESTABLISH THE BASELINE

Start with what is known

Your first report maps the current position. We identify gaps rather than inventing a history that has not been observed.

03 — REVIEW EACH WEEK

Track, interpret, recommend

Later reports compare dated observations where evidence allows. Findings and recommendations stay distinct; uncertain changes remain unconfirmed.

04 / One focused service

A clearer view.
A straightforward price.

Start with one month of competitive intelligence. Agree on the scope before payment and decide separately whether to continue.

No automatic renewal.

A few useful answers

Before we start.

What will the first report cover?

A current baseline of the agreed competitors and topics, with sources, recommendations and declared limitations. Historical changes require dated evidence; the first report does not invent a before-and-after comparison.

Is this software or a research service?

A research service delivered as a weekly report in English. It is not access to a software dashboard or a real-time alerting platform.

Can you guarantee savings or more sales?

No. The service helps inform decisions. Recommendations are interpretations, and commercial outcomes depend on your business and execution.

How do payment and renewal work?

We agree on scope, recipients and dates first. Payment instructions follow that agreement, and the service period starts after payment is verified. One month costs USD 149; renewal is agreed separately and is not automatic.

What happens if a source is incomplete?

We declare the limitation and exclude claims that cannot be supported. Missing evidence is not presented as proof that nothing changed.
